Senior communications leader with 10+ years in international business and six years inside E.ON's technology organisation.
I'm accountable for how leadership speaks to the organisation. I set the executive narrative across multiple European markets, advise at Managing Director and Group CIO level on message, framing, and risk, and hold the standard every executive presentation is judged against.
I have directed communications for enterprise AI and LLM adoption since 2023, and I work hands-on with Claude and Claude Code in live production communications — so I know where AI-generated material holds up and where it quietly fails.
Before E.ON, I directed partnerships for 15 international conferences across Europe, curating 100+ world-renowned architects. Before that, I was executive assistant to a CEO, moderating board meetings — the earliest version of the work I direct now.
Own the regional engagement and communications agenda for Tech@ER, aligning technology organisations across European markets with the central organisation in Germany. Set and hold the executive narrative at Managing Director and Group CIO level. Direct the cross-regional summit end to end.
Directed executive communications for Data & AI across E.ON Group, as narrative partner to senior leadership and owner of the capability agenda. Set the format and messaging for company-wide showcases, including the leadership keynotes that framed them.
Directed communications for the Data & AI division, owning executive messaging, keynote positioning, and leadership visibility. Built the AI Insights channel for 800+ stakeholders, lifting engagement by 35%. Set communications strategy for E.ON GPT, LLM releases, and data governance — from executive briefing through group-wide launch and adoption.
Directed partnerships and speaker programmes for 15 international conferences across Europe, curating 100+ world-renowned architects. Held commercial and editorial ownership on both sponsor and speaker side.
Partnered with the CEO on strategic coordination and executive communications, moderating board meetings and shaping the reporting behind board decisions — the earliest version of the work I direct now.
Headed a multi-location customer support operation, introducing the KPIs and process standards that lifted service quality and handling time.

I live at the eastern edge of the map and work with people at the western end of it. This is where I went in 2026, and what I went for.
I set the executive narrative across multiple European markets and design the recurring formats that carry it. I advise at Managing Director and Group CIO level on message, framing, and risk — and hold the standard every executive presentation is judged against.
The worst-attended session of 2026 would have been the third best of 2025.
Moved the podcast from audio-only to video over Teams, then to in-person recording at a 150-person summit with ten guests on camera.
Getting heads of IT and business leaders on the show changed what the series was understood to be. 300–400 views per episode.
I designed a visual identity for our team that's now recognised at group level. Built as a system — not a one-off — so the wider business could extend it for their own use. Self-service portal, rollout plan, steady adoption.
None of these were in my job description. All of them were faster to build than to ask for.
Agenda, rooms, photos, feedback and an idea marketplace. Static HTML, no backend, no ticket raised.
A single view pulling together the metrics leadership actually asks about, built as a clickable prototype.
Designed for one team, extended by the wider business. Self-service portal, rollout plan, full adoption.
Built the internal channel for AI updates across E.ON's Data & AI division. Lifted engagement by 35% through editorial standards and storytelling.
Set the communications strategy for the company's flagship AI rollouts — from executive briefing to group-wide launch and adoption.
Partnerships and speaker programmes across Europe for SHARE Architects. 100+ world-renowned speakers curated, with commercial and editorial ownership.
One article per country, published while it's still current, promoted together with the local team.
Three days from idea to live. Claude Code, no training. Because the best way to show you can build things is to build one.
How I think about work — and what happened when I acted on it.
I sourced talks from the regions instead of from inside the team. Average attendance per session doubled.
Built relationships country by country, then co-authored content. A region telling its own story in its own words.
I'm not an engineer. I've learned enough with AI tooling to ship sites and prototypes instead of joining a queue.
The identity I made was built to extend. The wider business picked the system up. I never pitched it — it was just easy to take.
A multi-voice episode pulled four times the daily views of the single-guest format. So that's what I make next.
What I read, what I listen to, and what changed how I think.
